Mac hey sailor!!!

On May 15 2012 I'm going to the launch party at my Mac store in Natick, Mass for the summer 2012 Hey Sailor collection. I'm so excited. I have gone to the last 2 summer collection parties and there so much fun. These are a few things on my wish list

I always try to get their beauty powders no matter what but last years was to orange for my skin tone and I knew I would never wear it.
I'm also a sucker for eye shadows the 2 above just seemed a little different then from what i have in my collection plus there something i can wear more of on a day to day bases. There are a few things I want to check out in person  like the blushes and lipsticks. So that's my wish list what is your?

July Favorites!!!

The month of July has been a HOT one here in Boston, I didn't really wear too much makeup and if I did wear it, it was more or less all powder products. The first 2 products I used were MAC's mineralize skinfinish natural in light medium and MAC's blot powder pressed which helped out with my nasty oily skin ( I did hit pan on the MSF).

I have been loving my Pure SoftLips lipbutter with SPF 15. I usually put it on before bed and when I wake up my lips are soo soft. The other lip balm comes from the Body Shop. I didn't think I would love it but OMG it's soo nice and smooth. I'm so glad my TBF sent it to me. Lol

MAC Jealousy Wakes - Bloggers Obsessions

Once I heard about this collection on Temptalia's website I knew I wanted Jealousy Wakes. She had so many postings about this eyeshadow that every time I read about it I fell more in love with the color. It's so different then anything I have in my collection, it shows off as a green blue eyeshadow with gold running with in it.

I haven't done any looks with the eyeshadow since I just got it in the mail the other day, but I will be posting a few to show you how gorgeous it looks on

the above eyeshadow is Birds and Berries, out of all the eyeshadow in the collection this one got my eyes big time

Beauty Powder - Shell Pearl, I love wearing this alone or on top of my blush it has a nice shimmer to it which I highlights the cheek area nicely

if your a collector for Mac you will love the packaging on this one, it's really pretty and springy I will say, there was one more item I wanted a lipstick but there out of it in the store and on line I'm keeping my fingers crossed to getting a hold of it..
